Who we are
This website is operated by Tire Retreading Pros ("TRP," "we," "us"), 308 S Irwindale Ave, Azusa, CA 91702. Questions about this policy can go to [email protected] or 909-418-8654.
Information you give us
When you send a quote request, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, company name, phone number, email address, customer type, the services and tires you’re interested in, fleet size, preferred contact method and language, how you heard about us, and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from.
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and follow up with you about it.
Services that help run this website
We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Formspree receives quote form submissions and delivers them to our email.
- Microsoft 365 hosts our email, where quote requests are received.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without using cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
- Google Maps loads on our Contact page only if you click “Show map.” Google then receives information such as your IP address, under Google’s own privacy policy.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use cookies for advertising or tracking. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse. If you choose to load the map, Google may set its own cookies.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests for one year.
Your California privacy rights
If you’re a California resident, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we don’t sell or share it)
- Not be treated differently for using these rights
To make a request, email [email protected] or call 909-418-8654. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.
